
James Bruce Richardson
Mr. Richardson possesses more than 35 years of legal experience serving families throughout the Atlanta area in superior, state, and federal court matters. Currently, he maintains a general practice and focuses on helping families with a wide range of legal issues, including family law and divorce, estate planning, personal injury and car accidents, and criminal defense. Mr. Richardson's reputation in the Georgia legal community has earned him Martindale-Hubbell's prestigious "AV" rating, which indicates the highest level of professional excellence and ethical standards.
Mr. Richardson obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia School of Law and his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. He is currently admitted to practice law in Georgia and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and he maintains a number of memberships, including the Atlanta Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
When he is not representing his own clients, Mr. Richardson also serves as an arbitrator for Fulton County Arbitration.
